Our Rates

Our days are split into 3 time blocks:

Block A

6a - 10a

Total of 4 hours

Block B

10:30a – 3p

Total of 4.5 hours

Block C

4p – 2a

Total of 10 hours

Included with your rental

  • Use of the banquet hall.
  • Grace Hall is responsible for the set-up/take-down of all “included” tables & chairs.
  • Tables: Three(3) 8ft. rectangles, Three(3) 6ft. rectangles, Twelve(12) 3ft. squares, Fourteen(14) 60” rounds.
  • Linens: Each table includes a 25% discount on a linen from Greer Event Rentals (Full length, lap length and skirting are available in many colors).
  • Chairs: Use of 100 black or white plastic chairs, or $100 credit at Greer Event Rentals for a different chair.
  • Kitchen: Use of kitchen (microwave, sink, refrigerator, storage & counter space). Men’s & Women’s Handicap accessible bathrooms.

Special discounts & notes

  • $100 discount for booking two(2) or more consecutive blocks
    ( A+B, B+C, or A+B+C )
  • Wedding & Reception combinations require booking two(2) or more consecutive segments ( A+B, B+C, A+B+C ).
  • When you book any combination, you also receive the time between the blocks for FREE. We usually use that time for transitioning between 2 events, but give that to you for FREE if you have both blocks.

Multi-day Events

 

If your event/seminar will need the banquet hall for more than one(1) day, you qualify for special rates. A multi-day event can be consecutive OR non-consecutive days.

Example: Rehearsal Dinner (Thursday) & Wedding/Reception (Friday)

Example: A workshop/seminar held weekly on Tuesdays would receive a multi-day discount.

Down Payment

We require half of the Banquet Hall Rental cost to save your date. The final layout, extra rentals, and final balance are due 30 days prior.

 

Security Deposit

We require a $200 security deposit that is due 30 days prior to your event. The $200 will be refunded if there is no damage from your event.
